1. Definitions

Annet: Refers to Annet company, specialized in web development.

Client: Individual or legal entity that contracts Annet's services.

Services: Website development, landing pages, e-commerce stores and other related services.

2. Scope of Services

2.1 Annet offers web development services including:

• Website creation using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Landing page development
• E-commerce store creation
• Online portfolio design
• Other web development related services

3. Hiring Process

3.1 The contract will be formalized after:

• Acceptance of the commercial proposal
• Payment of the deposit or agreed amount
• Client provides all necessary materials

4. Deadlines and Deliverables

4.1 Deadlines will be agreed in the contract and are subject to:

• Timely provision of materials by the Client
• Availability of Annet team
• Project complexity

4.2 Delays not caused by Annet do not constitute contractual breach.

5. Payments

5.1 Payment amounts and conditions will be specified in the commercial proposal.

5.2 Failure to pay within agreed terms may result in:

• Work suspension
• Contract termination
• Interest and penalty charges

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Copyright of the developed work will be transferred to the Client after full payment.

6.2 Annet retains the right to display the work in its portfolio, unless otherwise agreed.

7. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

• Provide complete and adequate materials
• Review and approve stages within deadlines
• Provide clear and objective feedback
• Ensure ownership of provided materials

8. Liability Limitations

8.1 Annet is not responsible for:

• Content provided by the Client
• Issues with third-party services (hosting, domains, etc.)
• Financial losses or indirect damages resulting from website use

9. Terms Modifications

9.1 These terms may be updated periodically. Changes will be communicated to active clients.

10. Termination

10.1 Either party may terminate the contract with 15 days written notice.

10.2 In case of termination by Client, paid amounts for services already rendered will not be refunded.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Mozambique.

11.2 Any disputes will be resolved first through negotiation and, if necessary, in competent courts.
